No, there are no other fees with Golden Phone Numbers once you buy your new number. There are no monthly charges for local phone numbers. Once you buy it, the number is yours. We will provide you the porting information so that you can port your new number to any phone service provide your choose.

Yes, we can port it over to our system and have all callers hear your message saying that you have changed your phone number to your new vanity one. (Fee is $3 a month)
Once you port your number to our system we can have all text to your old number forwarded to your email. So you will not miss any text that might come to your old phone number. (Fee is $3 a month)
Porting is the process of transitioning your new number from our carrier to the one of your choosing (ex. AT&T, Sprint, Phone.com, etc)
This depends on the procedures and availability of your carrier and therefore will vary. The industry standard is 10-15 business days.
Simply contact our LNP department by emailing support@goldenphonenumbers.com and they will assist you. If possible please forward your correspondence with the carrier and/or reason for the rejection in your email.
